Technical introduction to IMD

IMD (In Mould Decoration) technology is a method of forming ,in which a film printed with pattens is put into a metal mould,and shaping resin is injected into the metal mould to bond with the film ,so that the film printed with patterns integrates with resin and solidify to be a product .This processh as the advantages of surface corrosion-rdsistance ,wear-resistance, prevention against peeling ,fresh colors, and patterns at will ,MP3,householddappliances, instrments,meters and so on .it is a new process for upgrading product surface decoration with broad market prospect.
